What we expect from helpers.
Before the task
Only accept work you are competent and insured to do. Confirm scope, price and timing in advance.
During the task
Arrive on time, communicate clearly, respect the home and household, and work safely.
After the task
Mark work complete honestly, provide evidence where asked, and resolve issues courteously.
